Lifter

$22.90 weekly, a month to month commitment only.

The “Lifter” Membership gives you access to our club and all of its equipment.

We do not tie you into a contract, we only ask that you give us 4 weeks notice to cancel your membership.

$19.90 weekly, a 6 month commitment. 

The “Lifter” Membership gives you access to our club and all of its equipment.

In return for a 6 month commitment we reduce the weekly membership fee’s. 

$18.90 weekly, a 12 month commitment. 

The “Lifter” Membership gives you access to our club and all of its equipment.

In return for a 12 month commitment we reduce the weekly membership fee’s.

Get Started

Squad

$67.00 weekly, a month to month commitment only.

The “Squad” membership not only gives you full access to the gym during opening hours, but also gives you access to our many Squad classes. The Squads are small groups on a periodised program in a specific disciplines. We have well over 40 classes on our Squad class timetable.


Our group classes consist of:

Redfern Handstand Club:

Our comprehensive class timetable is designed to accommodate all levels and progress them to high level gymnastic strength training. We have a range of classes from Gymnastics Base classes, Hip and Shoulder Prehab, Gymnastic Peak – Rings and and Handstand classes, not forgetting flexibility classes.

These classes are also terrific when done in conjunction with our other strength training classes.

Weightlifting Squad:

A classic weightlifting squad, teaching the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk in a small group setting. We are affiliated and registered with NSW Weightlifting. This squad is designed to take lifters of any level up to competition. Our Coach Andrew Pineda is a competitive weightlifter and very passionate and skilled coach. Our weightlifting squat will take you all the way from novice lifter up to ranked competitor with NSW Weightlifting and beyond. As an LPC Weightlifter in our Squad, you also have full access to all of our gymnastic classes.

Powerlifting Squad:

A classic Powerlifting squad, teaching Squat, Deadlift and Bench press. This squad is designed to take lifters of any level up to competition. We are proudly affiliated with Powerlifting Australia, and regularly host Powerlifting competitions (Top Lifter) and Powerlifting Australia courses. Our Powerlifting coach Alex Hayes is a competitive athlete and registered coach with Powerlifting Australia. Our powerlifters also like to take advantage of our full “Squad Membership” class timetable, to compliment their training. 

Modified Strong Man training:

Using the same equipment and methods found in Strong man competition. These are held on our 20 meter sled track using a large assortment of equipment like sleds, prowlers, logs, farmers tools, ropes and kegs etc. There is not better conditioning for an athlete, or fat burning session then our Modified Strong Man classes.

The Shredder:

Our shredder classes are a 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training class, that takes full advantage of our extensive range of cardio equipment, kettle bells, sled track and strong man equipment. The primal movement based warmups will help develop coordination and mobility.

This class is a MUST if you’re taking a Beep Test/ Physical Standards test anytime soon!

These classes are designed by Coach Andy Rouse, to attack the ATP and Lactate energy systems, with sessions cycled and adjustments made to ensure each member is training optimally.
