A 45 minute high intensity interval class to get fit and shredded in the most efficient way possible.

This class utilises a primal movement warmup, consisting of running patterns and varying bodyweight crawls.

For the working portion, you will kick both your ATP and lactate systems into overdrive, by incorporating bodyweight movements, Kettlebells, Sleds, Prowlers, Air Dynes and more, to a strict time clock, with limited rest.

Workouts/ movements are adjusted to allow each class member to work optimally.

Powerlifting is a sport of strength, so in this class we will teach you proper technique for competition as well as guidance to improve how much you can lift in the big three lifts (bench press, squat and deadlift).



Improve at feats of physical strength with our Strongman classes and learn the traditional sport of Strongman.
