Become a true master of the olympic rings in this advanced class. Learn advanced ring skills and master your upper body strength.

We ask that to enter this class, students be able to demonstrate a 30 second false grip hold, 10 sec L sit on rings in a turned out position, 4 meter rope climb in a straddle position, and 5 full range ring dips. In this class we teach more advanced Gymnastic ring strength training, for the safety of our students this is an advanced class only.
