I have been in the fitness industry working as a Personal Trainer and Group exercise instructor for 8 years.

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology at UNSW. My research interests lie within women’s obesity and eating disorders, and I strive to better understand the basic motivation principles that underlie these disorders. I believe in a three-tiered approach to maximising health and wellbeing: (1) The integration of wholesome nutrition, (2) an exercise regime and (3) positive psychology, and my goal as your trainer is to support you in these three areas, and to help you achieve your personal goals
